Đây là lỗi mới xuất hiện gần đây ở một số máy tính. Tình trạng cụ thể như sau: Khi bạn duyệt web và tải một số ảnh về chẳng hạn (các file khác cũng bị tương tự) thì tất cả những file đó đều bị block và khi nhấp chọn properties của chúng bạn sẽ thấy dòng lỗi như sau:
Security: This file came another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer…Unblock
Vậy thì điều này có ảnh hưởng gì đến quá trình làm việc của bạn? nếu bạn là người dùng bình thường thì chẳng có mảy may ảnh hưởng gì, nhưng nếu bạn là một admin quản trị các website hoặc cần một số ảnh để làm tài liệu cho bài viết của mình thì chắc chắn là một vấn đề lớn. Các server lưu trữ sẽ không nhận file này và báo lỗi error.
Để khắc phục được lỗi block file khi tải về cũng không mấy khó khăn. Các bạn làm theo hướng dẫn sau
Bạn bấm tổ hợp phím cửa số trên bàn phím cộng với chữ R, lúc này sẽ hiện ra hộp thoại Run
Nhập vào từ sau “gpedit.msc”. Xem hình bên dưới
Tìm đến dòng User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager > Do not preserve zone infomation in the attachments chọn Enable. Xem hình bên dưới
Tiếp sau đó bạn cũng bấm tổ hợp phím cửa sổ trên bàn phím cộng với chữ R, lúc này bạn nhập từ “gpedit /force” vào hộp thoại và bấm ok để cập nhật policy.
Như vậy là chúng ta đã giải quyết được tình trạng các file tải về bị lỗi security block rồi nhé.
Chú ý: những file bạn tải trước đó vẫn bị lỗi security block đấy nhé, lúc này bạn hãy nhấp phải lên nó và chọn Properties sau đó nhấp vào nút Unblock nhé
1. This problem started only about a week ago. Whenever I download a file off the Internet, that bit is added to each download (when I do right click > properties). As a result, I have to right click > properties > unblock every single file I download.
On other forums, the proposes solution is to run the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), then go to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachments Manager, and configure some items there.
Only problem is: I have no Attachments Manager viewable in the Group Policy Editor. (Also, the corresponding part of my registry is similarly missing)
So (1) can I fix the problem without this method, or (2) how do I get back the ability to edit my group policy?
2. The solution here is (for OFFICE 2010) OPEN UP WORD, FILE > OPTIONS > TRUST CENTER. Then click the TRUST CENTER button > Protected View, and UNTICK ALL 3 BOXES.
